2020-21 school year

1st Semester In-Person:

  • September 14/15 through December 17/18, 2020
  • Stable groups of 10 children
  • Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis and contingent upon sufficient demand. Registration forms available here.
  • Early Care and Lunch Care is available for 3’s and Pre-K in the same stable classroom groups (Learn more)

1st Semester Zoom/Take Home Packet Program:

  • September 14/15 through December 17/18, 2020
  • Zoom classes will be small groups of 10 children.
  • Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis and contingent upon sufficient demand. Registration forms available here.
  • 40-45 minutes of online learning each day with an instructional packet.
  • Three’s Zoom classes will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:15-2:00PM.
  • Pre-K Zoom classes will meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 11:15am-12:00noon or afternoons from 1:15-2:00PM.

  • Each child will receive a weekly instructional kit, which will consist of an art and cognitive project for each day of instruction, which the children will complete with their teaching team via Zoom. During the Zoom sessions the children will also experience Zoo-phonics, music and movement, flannel boards, story books, science, math/counting, calendar, pre-reading skills and yoga which will be age appropriate and fun.
  • Your child will have the opportunity to virtually socialize and mix with other children, who may ultimately be in the classroom when they return in January for in-person school.
  • Materials must be picked up by parents/caregivers every other Friday from 10:00AM-2:00PM, from the Children’s Center, beginning Friday, September 11, 2020.

2nd Semester In-Person:

  • January 4/5 to June 8, 2021
  • Class sizes will depend on new or updated guidance from health authorities. Class sizes could be larger for the 2nd semester.
  • 2nd Semester registration forms will be sent to all Children’s Center families in Mid-October 2020.
  • In-Person 2nd Semester Tuition Payment is due on Monday, November 2, 2020. Parents will be charged through their Smart Tuition Portal. Please reference the payment schedule.
  • Parents who prefer to keep their children home for the 1st Semester only, can guarantee 2nd Semester enrollment by paying Tuition Payment #2 which is due on November 2, 2020. There is a possibility that the 1st Semester stable groups of 10 children could increase to standard class sizes (16-21 depending on age) in the 2nd Semester.
