on the playground ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Thank you for considering the Children's Center Preschool. You are welcome to arrange for a classroom visitation or tour.  We are also happy to answer any questions by phone (650-941-5411) or email (childrenscenter@laumc.org).

Registration for 2012–2013 is going on now. Priority for returning families ends on January 20.

To initiate the admissions process, please submit a completed application and a $100 non-refundable application fee. The application fee is waived for members of Los Altos United Methodist Church.

Application process:
  1. Read the Enrollment Information regarding programs offered and payment structure.
  2. Complete the Application Form clearly and concisely, giving us as much information as possible about your child. This will help us evaluate the appropriate placement for him/her.
  3. Read the Admission Agreement. Complete, sign and initial as indicated. Keep one copy for personal reference.
  4. Submit to Children's Center Preschool Office:
    • Application Form
    • Admission Agreement
    • $100 Non-refundable Application Fee (waived if LAUMC member)
